You can expect excellent coffee as a catalyst for the human connection we all need.
Hi Friend. We know you can get coffee anywhere. And we salute you. But, we think there's a reason you're here instead of at the mega grocery store or shopping on websites that magically deliver other beans in a few milliseconds (it's ok - we use it too).
We want you to know what you're buying, and who you're buying it from. Sure, we had an idea to make a business, but it's also the business of being real humans trying to make the little differences in people's lives. Today, maybe you just want the best coffee you can possibly find. We think we can do more. Here's who your'e buying from and what you should expect from IMOK:
WE ARE HONEST.
This is one of those things we shouldn't have to self promote. You know, people who talk about how honest they are usually aren't. We want you to know we didn't create a fancy website and have someone else outsource coffee. That's not honest. Our single origin, fair-trade coffee comes DIRECT from Natalia's family farm to our healthy, COVID-free super sanitized homes.
WE ARE KIND.
See mini-Ted Talk above. We are also human and have our grouchy days, but we believe in sharing kindness whenever possible.
WE ARE AS AUTHENTIC AS OUR COFFEE.
We believe in being human. The good, the bad, the very best parts. And, we invite you to share in this exercise with us - to show up and be yourself for something you believe in deeply. If you don't know what that is? We invite you to just show up. UROK; we can't save the world every day. Sometimes we just need to survive the day. Come how you are, have some coffee; that is enough.
WE BELIEVE IN HARD WORK.
There are plenty of people who are successful without this value. However, our success lies in meeting our goals for ourselves, each other, and for you. We have literally put our savings, time, and love into building this because we believe in you and our coffee. We will work hard and tirelessly with what our family has taught us for the reward of giving you the best experience possible.
WE BELIEVE OUR RELATIONSHIPS CAN TRANSFORM OUR LIVES.
We could be wrong, but in our limited life experience, we have found the most meaningful lessons have been taught when we let others into our hearts. Sometimes people hurt us. So do lots of experiences. But, it's when we find strength in the connection or love of another person, they have it for us when we don't have it for ourselves. We can't stop pain and suffering, but we can serve as a catalyst - however simple - to help you to connect with those you love. If you are feeling alone, please reach out to us. We got you.
WE BELIEVE IN A LOT OF SCIENCE AND A LITTLE SERENDIPITY.
While we hope you feel good and warm and fuzzy, we want to emphasize that we both are logical, planning, organizational running, data driven beasts by day; we bring this skill to starting our values-based venture. But, there's a lot of things that can't be accounted for, so we leave room to believe in magic. We hope you find some in your coffee experience and another person you share it with.

Know that each product you buy also helps others hear: UROK. We are committing to donate a portion of proceeds to organizations that lift and connect others - grief (over loss of person or pet), underrepresented and silenced populations, and those forgotten. If you have a specific organization, we also pledge to donate on your behalf.
The world might be a messy place right now. But, that's the exact reason we chose NOW to launch this adventure. We need coffee, and we need each other. That, we can fix.
